  • Unlike traditional cushioned shoes that often aim to absorb impact through thick foam, FEET shoes focus on proprioception and natural mechanics.

  • Natural Biomechanics: The technical solutions and geometry of the shoe are based on the natural biomechanics of the human body while running.
  • Anatomical Sole Structure: The sole is designed to follow the anatomy of the foot, allowing the foot muscles to work naturally and efficiently. This increases the power and elasticity of the running gait.

HOW FEET SHOES WORK

 

  • Natural shock-absorption: Because of the innovative sole construction the impact of ground reaction force is spread over to the strongest part of midfoot to reduce peak forces. The shoes aim to use the body's natural shock-absorption system (tendons and fascia) rather than relying solely on shoe foam.
  • Natural Spring Function:  FEET supports the foot’s natural ability to store energy to muscles, fascia and tendons during impact.  This activates natural "spring-like" function, which is essential for storing and returning mechanical energy during a running stride.
  • Energy Conversion: This energy will naturally transfer to forward moving energy. The intelligent sole design helps the foot to take this energy where it is naturally supposed to go – to the big and the fifth toe joints where optimally designed foam type ensures maximal forward push.
  • Muscle Activation: The shoe's sole structure follows human anatomy to allow foot muscles to work naturally. By avoiding excessive artificial cushioning, they maintain sensory stimulus to the sole, which activates the small intrinsic muscles of the foot.
