Instructions for returning your order

Pack the items carefully and attach the attached address label on the parcel. You can leave the parcel with your nearest postal outlet.

In Estonia you can also use Itella’s parcel lockers, The parcel can be returned with the same door code that was used upon receipt of the parcel from Smartpost parcel terminals in Estonia. 

Lithuania and Latvia order free pickup from terminal:
