Our trail running shoe has gone through a complete refresh. However, we haven’t needed to change the last shape. The sole structure has been renewed to better fit the requirements of uneven surfaces. After careful testing, we have found a solution that provides excellent grip on all surfaces. The outer sole pattern has been slightly reduced, as it is secondary when it comes to grip – the rubber material is much more important. The upper fits the foot’s structures now even better thanks to the way the laces have been set up. The lace set up also ensures that there are no pressure points along the top of the upper. The upper material has been changed; it is on purpose not waterproof. The material is more water resistant than before but allows water to move in and out of the shoe. Water and impact proof toe protector has been enlarged. Another important new feature is the carbon fiber composite structure embedded in the sole. It’s benefits are superior stiffness/weight ratio and exceptional acceleration.
